This young man popped in for a very quick shoot leading up to being the support act for UK band “Matt Bianco” Jonathan has loads of talent and is a truly inspirational man, that always has the needs of others at hand.
Jonathan is a lead bass player who hails from Hanover Park on the Cape Flats in Cape Town. He has worked with many big names in the local and international music industry, such as Bebe Winans, Jimmy Dludlu, Robbie Jans, David Kramer and Zane Meas.
He is also responsible for organising Community Concerts in Hanover Park and works closely with the CeaseFire Project that bring communities as they unite through music.

Who inspires you? “Jesus. His love for human beings. The way He forgives and just everything about Him inspires me.
Benni McCarthy inspires me too. We are from the same neighbourhood. Same primary and high school. I believe that I will reach the top because he made it to the top”.
